"Opthalmic DCR surgery"

I had DCR surgery to alleviate watery eyes. From the initial consultation, through the actual operation and follow up appointments, I was treated with respect and care. I felt involved with every aspect of my treatment.

I cannot praise the staff highly enough, particularly the student nurse who was spending the day on the eye ward. They stayed with me from start to finish and would not leave until I had been discharged.

I would particularly like to thank the surgeon who explained everything to me and really put me at ease. Thank you.
