"Triage department"

About: Manor Hospital

Sent for a growth scan can't fault them, always on time and friendly staff but then sent to Triage and greeted with "why are you here?"... because that's where I was told to go... waited 3 hours to be seen by a doctor and confirm what the sonographer had already told me... I was fine. Sent for a growth scan booked for today absolutely dreaded the stupid waiting time in Triage again... handed in my book... not told how long I would be waiting so waited half an hour and asked one of the reception staff who said a colleague had ready gone to find out... waited another hour still nothing... I have sciatica and also a job to get back to and I wasn't prepared to wait as long as I did before to be told all is fine again who h the sonographer had already told me... I asked for my notes back and was asked to sign a declaration... no apologies from the staff. Dreading giving birth in this hospital with how I have been made to feel on 2 occasions now.
