"I have always liked and respected ..."

What I liked

I have always liked and respected the Doctor and staff who have treated me over the years.

Unfortunately, I was mislead by "system" on the day, by the staff. Not the DOCTOR, of a Major change in procedure of the department, which I find to be totally, against future care of patients.

What could be improved

communication, and a full explanation of the new protocols put in place, and how it can improve patient care, and exactly, what department implemented the protocol, as nobody will admit to anything, just another government manipulation of patient figures.

Anything else?

northampton general hospital is in total decline, if you, as a patient dare to critisize the hospital, for any reason, they will find a way not to treat you.
