My baby son was referred to Treetops ward on Saturday evening, 1st August. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and cared for. The nurse who looked after us all evening and overnight was kind and welcoming and the doctors were really friendly, responsive and more than happy to explain Tom's care.
Luckily, the illness was not too serious; he was given the medication he needed promptly and a night of observation to ensure he was okay.
The ward was clean and tidy and the facilities were great. Toys and books for the children and a lovely kitchen for drinks and snacks.
I can't praise the lovely staff highly enough: first class from admission to discharge! I really hope they, and the ward manager receive this feedback - we really appreciate everything you did for us.
"Excellent care and treatment."
