"All the staff in the hospital ..."

What I liked

All the staff in the hospital I had dealings with were friendly and helpful. I was made to feel at ease and confident in the care I was being given.

I was kept well informed and treated with dignity and respect at all times.

What could be improved

My wife called the hospital to find out my condition, but she was not informed that I was out of surgery and in recovery at that time which might have set her mind at rest.

Anything else?

Overall I was impressed with the professionalism shown by all staff in the hospital.
