What I liked

The care of all the staff on Compton Ward was first rate. My father was treated with compassion, dignity and respect. We, the family, were met with kindness and sympathy and were well looked after.

What could be improved

A quiet room where patients approaching the end of their life and families could be together away from the hustle and bustle of the ward. I realise that this would be difficult given the nature of the old part of the building.
