About: Good Hope Hospital

Thank you for your care and compassion to my parent's when my aunt was bought in during the early hours today. Also the compassion you showed me ensuring I was updated in a timely manor as I was in Bristol.

As a nurse myself it heartened me to know that my aunt was in caring hands before being transferred for definitive management at QE hospital. Thank you

Thank you so much for your comments regarding your family's recent experience in Accident and Emergency Department at Good Hope Hospital.

I am so pleased to read that you felt your parents and Aunt were treated with compassion and care and that you were kept fully informed throughout until your Aunt was transferred for further management at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

I will ensure that your feedback is highlighted to Angela Birmingham Matron for Emergency Services at Good Hope Hospital, as well as to Dr Ola Erinfolami, our Clinical Director who will be very pleased to communicate your feedback to the whole emergency team who work very hard to provide a positive patient and family experience.

I hope this is acceptable and once again thank you for taking the time to provide your comments, patient and family feedback is extremely important to us.
