"I feel more positive about my future"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

I feel more positive about my future and have things explained to me in great detail, which has helped a lot. I felt very at ease talking about things with my worker and he helped a lot with my thoughts.

Overall I'm very happy with the service provided so far.
