"Jessica changed my opinion on the NHS"

(as the patient),

At 83-years-old, I’ve had accidents before. However, I’ve never had such good service before. I needed to use the service following a fall at home.

The care lady, Jessica Sutton, was fantastic – I got all my equipment around my house sorted. I had my chair and my bed changed. I also was given a walking stick.

If I fall again, I’d want Jessica to look after me again. She has changed my opinion of the NHS!
