(as the patient),

I was referred to Kim, the specialist OT for Rheumatology at Wishaw General Hospital in Lanarkshire and was very impressed by the practical nature of this service as well as her kind and sympathetic understanding. Kim was able to advise me on aids available to help me cope with arthritis, methods of working to minimise damage or build muscle, as well as provide information for my employers in order to better enable them to understand their input in this and how they can help me to remain in the workplace.
