"Blood tests chaos"

I attended on 11/08/15 at 10.00 for a blood test. The waiting room was full (about thirty people). I had ticket 32. After ten minutes a member of staff called tickets 10 & 11. by 10.30 they had got as far as 13/14. I left at that rate it would take 5 hours to reach 32. Apalled at this level of service. There is a tv in the room blaring out, so it was difficult to hear what the the member of staff said. They did come round with some forms asking?? I found out later these were questionnairs asking about the service, I could have answered in one word - Terrible.
