"Not enough discharge information at DRI"

I had prostate surgery (TURP) on M4 at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. The nursing care was excellent. But I would have liked more information about how to carry on when discharged.

I am not very pleased with how Doncaster Royal Infirmary Coronary Department doctors have treated me.I ended up having to pay for Dr. West to see me, which ended up with me having the surgery that has now given me my life back. I have still not been called back to Doncaster Royal Infirmary Coronary Doctors to have a check up to see if everything is still ok after 9 months.

I would like to have been given more information from the Urology team at Doncaster Royal Infirmary about after care when discharged. I got a blockage with blood clots which caused me a lot of pain in the stomach area. I didn't know this could happen and ended up at A&E dept at the hospital.
