I was greeted by a member of staff who helpfully showed me how to check in via the computer system. I had an appointment booked for 9:00am. I was called in on the dot of 9:00, the technician explained what they were doing every step of the way and at the end what they had ascertained and when I could expect the results to arrive with my GP. Excellent professional service. Thank you
