Excellent service and staff friendliness at Bedford Hospital. Following poor experiences at Kettering General Hospital when my father was ill it was refreshingly encouraging to see a hospital where the staff genuinely cared. I visited A&E on a Sunday evening, was seen promptly by two very caring staff nurses and a doctor. Was referred to the ENT clinic today where again service was exemplary. I will definitely use Bedford Hospital as my preferred choice in the future.
