well I have review this ward earlier but my mum has just been in again for her operation and I still would like to say how good the staff are I would like to mention the nurses and thank them for all the help they gave my mum not just in assisting her but the fact they made time to talk to her which definately helps people settle in the ward is extremely busy but the nurses are so helpful and friendly once again many thanks from Marjorie and her family to all staff especially the two mentioned .

Dear Beverely, thank you so much for your feedback, we are always happy to hear from our patients and their families. It is always a busy ward so it is great to hear our staff and especially our nurses are looking after your mum so well, and helping her feel at ease.

I will pass on your comments to the ward, it means a lot to them to know their hard work is noticed and makes a difference to people.
