"Family and visitors were made very welcome"

About: John Eastwood Hospice (inpatient)

(as a relative),

I couldn't fault John Eastwood hospice in any way they all treated my wife with dignity but also all the family and visitors were made very welcome.

While visiting every day for about three weeks I did a painting with John and after the wife died I joined an art classes making some very good friends an surprising myself with the paintings.

The classes with Karen for 6 weeks were very helpful and five of the group still meet up after 2 ½ years.

We also had (Paul Bentley, chaplain) for the service.

Well Done to All

Thank you so much for your kind words. I will ensure the team see them. I am so pleased you have continued to meet and forge friendships with other and also taken your painting further. As a team we endeavour to support the patient and their family and friends.

Thank you Emma
