To whom it may concern,

Since I first received care from Locala just after my heart failure ect, COPD asthma and osteoarthritis. I have had about half a dozen different carers and I have never been more satisfied as I am with my present nurse Louise Byrne. She is very professional whilst being very approachable and always asks my opinion concerning my treatment.

She has done more than anyone to try to set me some more options as my lung disease and mobility are giving me a great concern. I have not seen a consultant since 2009 and Louise has worried hard to get me seen by the right people, 1 to 10 I would give Louise a ten (Easily). Thank you!
