I have twice been hold to the Liverpool Emergency Dental Helpline for over 35 minutes and still haven't got through to speak to anyone. It's really frustrating, especially because I'm in pain. I don't understand why I have to ring up a dentist in Manchester to get treatment in Liverpool.
