On 6th August 2015, I attended your hospital for a follow-up examination after a cataract operation on 9th July and take this opportunity to express my most sincere appreciation of the nurse who conducted the examination. Not only was the nurse highly professional in their approach, but clearly possessed a most pleasant and reassuring personality. The nurse was clearly under some considerable pressure but remained cool and efficient throughout, reflecting great credit on themself and the hospital they represents.
