"Nothing"

About: Pilgrim Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

Nothing

What could be improved

Common courtesy by the doctors and not too treat people like a piece of dirt.

Anything else?

I went to accident and emergancy as I had a contact lens stuck in my eye. I had been trying on and off for 6 hours to get it out. The young girl (doctor) did not know how to use the equipment to check my eye out. She fetched a Doctor who looked at me like some thing on the bottom of his shoe. Grunted Look down, look up etc. Then proceded to poke me in the eye with what seemed like a cotton bud. Then asked the girl if she had put anaesthetic in my eye - NO - anaesthetic was then put into my eye and he continued to poke and scrape my eye. The Doctor then gave me a dirty look and said that there was nothing there. Admittedly it could have come out without my knowing as my eye was so sore but there was no need to treat any person the way he did be it he was busy or not.
