About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

I am writing on behalf of my mother who has been neglected and ignored by staff at this hospital. I complained two years ago and they failed to respond , she has been waiting for 10 months for an operation which was classed as urgent.. Today after being messed about and lied to all weekend she waited for transport this morning which didnt turn up then when she telephoned she was told that transport was never supplied for the ward she was due to be admitted to (this is a lie )..Eventually 4 hours late a taxi finally showed up...
