The hospital was very clean.

What could be improved

Waited on the ward for 6 hours for a bed, they had many attempts to put a cannula in my arm then when they administered the anaesthetic they realised it wasnt in the vein, pain beyond belief, my arm took 3 days to recover, absolutely no follow up after operation on my broken thumb, told to go home and see my doctor if i had complications,never did see a doctor at the hospital to find out how the op went, still dont know what they did to my thumb,

Anything else?

very very scarey having trainees putting in the cannula, it was very painful and my arm ended ujp black and blue, i know people need to learn these things but let them have 1 go, not 5 or 6 and let someone supervise them and check what they have done is right, mine wasnt as i soon learned when they administered the anaesthetic..
