"Hyson Green Dental Clinic are working wonders with my daughter"

About: Specialist Nursing Services / Special needs dental service/Community Dental Service

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My daughter was incredibly nervous about visiting the dentist but her experiences at Hyson Green Dental Clinic are changing that. The staff have been amazing and have taken their time to treat my daughter very gently and are building her confidence by working at a slow step-by-step pace. I will be sorry when her referral ends here as they are working wonders with my daughter who wouldn't even sit in the chair before!

Its fantastic to hear the amazing staff at Mary Potter Dental Department are helping to build your daughters confidence and its great that she is now able to sit in the chair. This is a good example of how taking the time to show and tell and working at the patients pace can result in treatment being accepted and confidence built.
