What I liked
Scotter Ward - superbly clean. Highly professional staff. Ancillary services excellent. Communication with family members and other associated professionals exceptional. Post discharge home visit - first time I've come across this - what a fabulous service. Mum's experience couldn't have been better. Lovely to see hard working staff passionate about their jobs. You should be a flagship for all that's good about the NHS. Thank you so much for you care.
What could be improved
They could do with more staff, as like most NHS units, holidays and sickness will wear out the most dedicated staff. Good consistent staffing is the key to maintaining such a wonderful service that Scotter Ward provides.
