Had a booked appointment with an out of hours gp at 10.30pm, not only did I not get seen until 2am everyone in the waiting room who arrived after me some even up to 2 hours after got seen to before me.

We are sorry to hear there was a delay before you saw the out of hours GP. Although the GP is based in A&E at Salisbury District Hospital, the out of hours service is managed by Medvivo, and is separate to A&E.
