I am so glad I had this particular consultant at the Royal Gwent in Newport. They were very professional in their job, very caring with there team when I had to go in and have a minor operation. I was extremely nervous going in but because I was spoken to along the way and had everything explained to me, I felt as calm as I could have while having my operation, even though I was still terrified. I have since have received a letter to confirm the results of the opt, which I thought I would have to chase up. This was all done within two month of first going to the doctors in June. I just felt I had to say thank you to all involved.
