My 6 year old son injured his arm on Saturday. We attended A and E.
From the second we arrived the care was amazing and timely. All the professionals we came in to contact with (reception, triage nurse, radiographers and assistants, doctor, A and E nurse and plaster room staff) were simply amazing, clearly experienced at dealing with children and their worried parents, friendly, helpful and kept me informed during every step of the process, and most importantly caring.
My son is patched up and due to the positive experience he had he is looking forward to seeing the doctors again at clinic.
I can not thank the staff enough. They really do make a difference.
