What I liked
The whole experience of the hospital from the car park attendant through to the surgical team has been fantastic. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the hospital.
What could be improved
Nothing at all. Everything went so smoothly and it is a very efficiently run hospital.
Anything else?
Our baby boy underwent open heart surgery recently. We were obviously extremely anxious and worried but all of the staff who we dealt with were just amazing. He was back home 5 days after surgery! The staff are so efficient and friendly and really did so much for us. The surgical team did an amazing job for our little boy and we are eternally grateful to them and all of the nursing staff who looked after him before and after his operation. It is the best hospital we have ever been to and I would recommend it to anyone.
