"Could not have had better care for my family..."

My recent visit to A & E and subsequent admission of a close relative was very good. I know Medway has been knocked and my nephew had a miserable time of it a few years ago, so things really appear to be on the up. From arrival to actually getting medication, was an hour in a critical situation, so very pleased to get prompt help at a time when we were in crisis. The staff could not have been kinder or more efficient. Very careful consideration as to what treatment would best help, effectively saved a life and a limb when the outlook was very bleak. Medical teams are clearly very skilled and efficient in their work and day to day, case to case attitude. Medway did more for us in 2 hours than specialists at another award winning hospital had done in 2 years.
