About: Russells Hall Hospital

I went in a&e with a problem I had ear infection last Friday went in again Wednesday as I went all light headed and dizzy at work with lower back and pelvis pain doctor didn't check my pelvis. They did give me some tablet for vertigo but I was right in room were I heard one doctor say to one seening me get perception to her n get her out the room bed needed for worse patient. Which I think was rude n to say they never did any test on me to make sure I was ok.. I'll go to out of hours next time they treat you a lot better or ill go to another hospital

Thank you, Stacey, for your feedback about our A&E Department. We aim to offer the highest standards of care and it is always disappointing when a patient feels we have not achieved this.

We are sorry if you felt our staff were rude. However, they do their very best to ensure patients are seen and treated as quickly as possible so that they do not spend longer than necessary in the department. We have passed your feedback onto the matron and clinical lead for A&E.
