A rather long wait, partly caused by an emergency admission to the Minor Injuries Unit. (I can't really understand why a severely ill patient was admitted to it - but then! The Nurse Practitioner - where were the other members of staff on duty - was professional, kind and understanding. Although my injury was relatively superficial as it turned out, the nurse couldn't have been more helpful!
