I had a hand op last October 2014 so happy with treatment and then admitted in March 2015 with pneumonia really looked after me I'm A&E then EAU I was then taken in again on July 7th once again lung infection and once again treated so so well, is it possible I could have name of nurse I was in Majors on 7th July wish to send them a card thanking them my name Roy Tyne, thank you if you can
