Another stay on ward 17 and again not great. There are some great staff, but some are unwelcoming and make you feel like you shouldn't be there, even being rude. Playroom is poor grubby toys, no one does anything with the kids even though there's a play leader. Staff who do mealtimes etc are the most helpful and friendly out of all the staff on the ward. I really hope we never end up back here.
