"Speed and efficiency."

(as the patient),

What I liked

Speed and efficiency.

What could be improved

I was having a scan in the nuclear medicine department. While on the whole everything was fine, I was a little confused by the way that before my scan the nurse came over to discuss the procedure in the middle of the waiting room, including asking personal questions about medication, pregnancy and periods. She then moved on to talk to another patient and the conversations were clearly audible across the waiting area. This struck me as inappropriate: surely patients ought to be taken into a private area to discuss confidential matters?
