"Good gynae care - EPU less effective "

About: Hull Royal Infirmary / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Last september i had a blighted ovum miscarriage and as a result had to be admitted onto the gynaecology ward for a ERPC.The staff up there were nothing sort of marvellous. They treated both my partner and i with compassion and helped allay my fears about going down to theatre.

Unfortunately i cannot say the same for the early pregnancy unit.I didn't feel like things were explained to me,and we wasn't offered any counselling links.
