"A great team"

The staff in the endoscopy department ,from reception right through to being booked in with the nurses, having cannula inserted to having the endoscopy, to recovery and a welcome drink, to the nurse explaining the outcome, was without doubt first class care. All staff were friendly, professional, kind and considerate. Each step was clearly explained to me. Chief executive head of nursing etc you should be proud of your super team.
