"Still waiting for mri results 2 months later"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital

Speedy to be seen after emergency referral for a lump in my neck.. Fast being sent for mri but no communication since... Worried sick but have no response via phone by secretary's for ent and no letters received with results... Getting very frustrated with this poor care... If anybody actually reads this within the hospital I hope for a response
