What I liked
Surgical staff were excellent. Almost all nursing staff were excellent. Aftercare excellent too including physiotherapy.
What could be improved
More nursing staff during night shift.
Anything else?
Extensive delay in pre-op department - staff were excellent but not enough staff to deal with numbers of patients.
