"Nursing staff were very helpful"

About: City Health Care Partnership CIC / Minor injuries units

(as the patient),

I attended a minor injury unit in August. The receptionist was rude, asking questions and telling me that she is sure that the nursing staff wouldn't see me. I had asked about a referral to eye hospital and she was insistent no one would see me or help, as the nursing staff doesn't deal with eye problems which is what I had gone with.

The nursing staff did see me they were great very professional very helpful very thorough a real asset to the organisation I was very impressed with how they dealt with my problem and how they spoke to me. They deserve a lot more credit than what they get. Would recommend them to anyone - but was a shame about the receptionist. Very poor behaviour.
