"Efficient, friendly, helpful"

Visited the department this morning. I was reviewed, X-rayed, supported and ready to go in under an hour. Notes and X-rays were already with my GP when I visited my surgery in the afternoon; these had to be sent specifically as my GP is in a different NHS area. Without exception, the staff I came into contact with were professional and courteous; I really cannot praise them highly enough. This is not my first visit to this hospital and I have had the same high level of treatment on previous occasions, too. Thank you.
