About: East Surrey Hospital

Even though it was very busy all staff were friendly, polite, respectful and so helpful. The accommodation in the cubicles was very good. They were also very patient and careful to take note of what the patient and her family were saying regarding the condition of their family member. great care was taken to find out what was the matter . I cannot say enough to give praise to everyone.! well done when things are so difficult in the NHS. From the first person after dialling !!! the experience was so good. Ambulance staff were so friendly and business like! Thank you all
