Good experience at Watford A&E. Sadly totally the opposite at Hemel Hempstead Critical Care.. The attention my elderly mother received was given begrudgingly and without care or consideration for her age. This experience was so bad it makes me despair how some NHS staff can treat their elderly vulnerable patients so callously.
