About: King Edward VII Hospital

had to have a test to see if I need oxygen yes I do need oxygen all the tests a a person yes you need to be on oxygen as I have c.o.p.d but they refused for no reason this person is a rude person talks in to your face and gets moody if you can get seen by somewere else go there res team Windsor hopeless and rude

I am disappointed to read your comments as I understand from the Respiratory Advanced Nurse Practitioner the team have tried very hard to meet your needs. I have been informed that the nurse has just arranged to come out and see you this afternoon to explain the reasons for the decisions in more detail and to see if she can assist you with resolution.
