"Still waiting"

I called the nhs to see a doctor and they made an appointment with me for 23:10, at 00:15 they had still not attended our appointment and reception couldn't log on to tell me how long the wait was going to continue to be. Although it was only the short walk they had made several times before to physically ask someone.
