"Praise for Outpatients Department"

Accompanied daughter on first appointment to Rheumatology Department and couldn't praise it highly enough. All members of staff were amazing, so supportive and kind. Daughter had number of tests this afternoon in different departments (ECG, X-Ray, Blood) and everybody we were met were friendly, patient and professional. Daughter has vein phobia and nurses doing blood tests went out of their way to put daughter at ease and support her through her blood tests. Would highly recommend Whiston Hospital and staff. Thank you.
