"care of my sister - aged 72 years"

My sister was given the best of care after suffering a blood clot to the brain and remaining asleep for several days. I am filling in the boxes for her. All the staff in 7b were kind, caring and pleasant and had time to talk to me when I visited. Phone calls to the ward were treated very professionally and I was given her state of health each time. She has made an amazing recovery and the doctors have found the cause and are now treating her with an epileptic drug. She can now speak and eat without help and has been returned to the nursing home. I am full of praise for John Ratcliffe hospital and cannot thank you enough for all you have done.
