About: Scarborough General Hospital

I was admitted to Scarborough Hospital at 6 am on Monday 27th July. The care I received from the North Yorkshire Ambulance guys and the staff in Accident and Emergency was 10 out of 10. I was transferred to the Lilac ward for surgical assessment where I was treated so very well by all the sisters, nurses, trainee nurses, cleaning staff, and the diiner staff. My consultant and his surgical team were outstanding. I had lost a lot of blood and was very poorly when I went in. I was very impressed with the way Scarborough Hospital is run with such professionalism and genuine care. Thank you. Amanda
