What I liked

I came to the Royal Infirmary site for a day case lumbar puncture on ward 6 in August and was very nervous about the procedure but the person who performed the lumbar puncture and the assistant who held my hand and talked to me while they were doing it were very reassuring and made my experience of having the lumbar puncture as positive as possible and I wish to thank them both for this. I had no headache from the lumbar puncture which was good. I also wish to thank the other staff on the ward for getting me a sandwich and some biscuits and drink of warm milk. I found everyone to be of great help and very polite. Thank you all.
