What I liked
when i rang about my father the staff were helpful about his condition
What could be improved
I live in Greece and was told they could not phone me so I had to give my elderly cousins no and she relayed information this was stressfull for her.I am not happy that if anything untoward happened to my 94yr old father I would be the last to know.
