What I liked
Great Service in the first ward after treatment. Prompt, attentive staff and only 4 beds.
What could be improved
Moved to another ward the day before i was discharged. Very noisy, 6 beds too close together, bathroom dirty and unattentive staff. Doctor I saw did not know what the operation I had was!!!! I gave him some information on it, so had no advice on how the op went or exactly what had been done. Also given wrong post treatment supplies! A four day stay went from very good to very poor.
Anything else?
Need to sort out the TV's. There is no help with transferring accounts when changing wards/beds. Should also make the wearing of headphones compulsory when TV's are on as not to disturb other patients. Not very fair to listen to 4 TV's showing Eastenders at near full volume when trying to rest!!!!
